Offers and counter-offers are recorded. The accepted amount is the one that is charged.

Payment is verified with the payment provider before anything changes status.

Seven-day protection period
You inspect the property while the payment is held and the listing is taken off search.

Confirm or raise a dispute
Confirm and funds are released. If something is wrong, open a dispute with evidence.
Know who you are dealing with
Every listing says plainly whether it comes from the owner, an agent, a developer or a property manager. An agent is never shown as the owner.
Identity, agent, business and developer badges
Each badge is granted by a reviewer, with a date and an expiry. Uploading a document alone never earns one.
Property verification
A verified-property badge means our team checked the listing against evidence. It is not a legal title search.
